Common Questions How do I make an appointment?To make an appointment, all you need to do is call our office, or simply stop by.Do you accept walk ins?Absolutely! It is always preferred to schedule an appointment, but we do also accept walk ins.What do I need to bring with me for the day of my appointment?For your appointment, you will need to bring a valid I.D. and your employer's information, if (applicable).How long will my physical take?Normal physical exams will last approximately an hour.What type of doctors do you have?We have a M.D. specializing in Occupational Medicine and an Orthopedic Dr.What type of insurance companies do you accept?We accept all workers’ compensation insurances and accept some private insurance. Please refer to our list of insurance companies and contact us if you do not see your insurance company listed.Does my employer need to call?No. You can call or come in for an appointment. We can also call your employer for you. |
